As instructors, we hope to inspire our students and help them reach their fitness goals in a comfortable and encouraging atmosphere. We personally understand what it is like to take risks, try something new, & put yourself out there. Each of us have had our ups & downs, which is why we like to share our stories with all of our students. We look forward to hearing about your journey as well!
My love of fitness started early on the soccer field. Soccer was a fun, social event with fitness as a bonus. After my soccer days were over, I began running as a way of stress relief. Running became a new passion and hobby that led to multiple half-marathons. (I'm only half-crazy). While pursuing a career in nutrition and dietetics at Penn State, I was learning all the nutrition aspects of living a healthy lifestyle and wanted to pair that with personal fitness. I became a certified personal trainer in November of 2016. I like to teach high intensity interval classes that provide the most bang for your buck. Time is a hot commodity these days. My classes are great for all and provide a great workout in a short period of time.
