Zumba® Fitness: Workout mixes body sculpting movements with dance steps derived from cumbia, merengue, salsa, reggaeton, hip hop, mambo, rumba, flamenco, and calypso. The routines feature aerobic interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms. It targets areas such as the glutes, legs, arms, abdominals, and the heart. Before you know it you will be getting fit and your energy levels will be soaring! It is easy to do, effective and fun! Ages: 14+  Instructors:  Nicole Ferguson, Jessica DeOrio, Sednima Salauddin

DanZa Fitness®: (Dance Fitness) Get ready to MOVE to the BEAT! This High Intensity class will help you to improve your fitness level, tone your muscles and burn up to 600 calories in an hour. DanZa Style Fitness brings ALL types of musical beats to the floor. EACH song is choreographed to skillfully target and tone all the major muscle groups and gives you a FULL body workout! DanZa Power:  This class is great for anyone who want to put extra emphasis on toning and sculpting to define those specific muscle groups, by adding resistance using light weights while jamming to awesome music. We will target arms, core, booty and legs. Ages: 14+ Instructor: Desirée Alba

Tone and Sculpt: Lifting weights is a very important habit to add to your healthy lifestyle. We involve light weights (2.5-5lb) and a mat for some floor work. We focus on high repetition, full range of motion and a continuous flow while using the beat of music to emphasize the movements.  The class ends with ab work and stretching.  This class will help you burn more calories, add variety to your workout routine and give your muscles the toning they crave.  Instructor: Lorri Muhitch

 POUND®: Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND® transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Designed for all fitness levels, POUND® provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’ out!  AB Solutions: (Core Toning) AB Solutions is the answer to that pesky problem area-the mid section! This 30 minute class is choreographed to fun hit music and designed to boost your heart rate and blast your core! PiYo: PiYo is a music-driven, athletic workout inspired by the mind/body practices of Pilates and yoga that also includes flexibility training, strength training, conditioning, and dynamic movement. It includes modifications for the group exercise environment, yet offers exercise progressions to challenge all levels. Fitness enthusiasts who participate in PiYo classes regularly can gain the benefits of improved strength, flexibility, balance, stress reduction, and overall fitness level improvement. Bodiography®: The Bodiography® Fitness and Strength Training System is a new full body workout that fuses the techniques and the benefits of ballet conditioning with skeletal alignment, natural body weight, and the use of props (mat, weights, ball, and bands). This class is derived directly out of the fitness and strength training needs of professional and pre-professional ballet dancers. By combining the alignment principles of ballet, traditional training techniques, and specifically constructed exercise sequences, this workout is truly the “ballet workout for everyBODY”. Instructor: Cheri Latterner
