Cardio Dance Fitness:-Get ready to SWEAT! This High Intensity cardio class will help you to improve your fitness level, tone your muscles and burn up to 600 calories in an hour. We welcome ALL Fitness levels as we dance to different types of musical beats. EACH song is choreographed to skillfully target and tone all the major muscle groups and gives you a FULL body workout! Modifications are available to all movements. Ages: 14+

Zumba® Fitness: High Intensity Workout mixes body sculpting movements with dance steps derived from cumbia, merengue, salsa, reggaeton, hip hop, mambo, rumba, flamenco, and calypso. The routines feature aerobic interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms. It targets areas such as the glutes, legs, arms, abdominals, and the heart. Before you know it you will be getting fit and your energy levels will be soaring! It is easy to do, effective and fun! Ages: 14+

Tone and Sculpt: Lifting weights is a very important habit to add to your healthy lifestyle. We involve light weights (2.5-5lb) and a mat for some floor work. We focus on high repetition, full range of motion and a continuous flow while using the beat of music to emphasize the movements. The class ends with ab work and stretching. This 30 minute class will help you burn more calories, add variety to your workout routine and give your muscles the toning they crave. Please bring a mat.

AB Solutions: (Core Toning) AB Solutions is the answer to that pesky problem area-the mid section! This 30 minute class is choreographed to fun hit music and designed to boost your heart rate and blast your core! Ab Solutions uses all standing ab moves, so you NEVER have to get down to crunch on the floor!

PiYo: PiYo is a music-driven, athletic workout inspired by the mind/body practices of Pilates and yoga that also includes flexibility training, strength training, conditioning, and dynamic movement. It includes modifications for the group exercise environment, yet offers exercise progressions to challenge all levels. Fitness enthusiasts who participate in PiYo classes regularly can gain the benefits of improved strength, flexibility, balance, stress reduction, and overall fitness level improvement. Please bring a mat!

Abs & Booty: This 30 minute class will be spent targeting the Abdominals and Glutes. We will focus on repetition of movement to tighten and tone those areas. All fitness levels welcome. You will need a mat for this class.

Yoga: Suitable for all levels. Hatha is a potent alignment-oriented practice that emphasizes the forms and actions within yoga postures.This class is based on physical postures (asanas), deep breathing, mindfulness and listening to the body. This class provides a combination of healthy alignment and the freedom to play within familiar and new poses. From beginners to seasoned practitioners, this class hopes to broaden the range of capabilities of each person through the instruction of alignment and breath.

Mat Pilates: Mat Pilates borrows from disciplines such as dance, yoga and classic calisthenics. The standard Pilates system of exercise uses many different pieces of equipment, such as the reformer, cadillac and barrel. But, the mat Pilates series of exercise is performed equipment-free, with the moves adapted to work with just your body and a floor mat for cushioning and support. Runners do it. Dancers do it. Swimmers do it... Maybe you should too!!
